What data we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and a salted, hashed password — we never store your password in plaintext. When you place an order we store the items, quantities and order total linked to your account. We also store your saved items (favourites) and cart contents so they persist across devices.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate your account: authenticating you, displaying your order history, and syncing your cart and saved items. If you opted in to our newsletter, we use your email to send you new arrivals, offers and seasonal sales. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and sessions
We store a single, encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set by this site.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see below) all data — account details, orders, saved items, cart and newsletter subscription — is permanently erased from our systems immediately.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your Account page → Danger zone → Delete account. This action is irreversible. If you need help, contact us at glamstore.sup@gmail.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, use the self-service deletion feature in your account or email us at glamstore.sup@gmail.com.
